I. INTRODUCTION Workforce diversity addresses differences among people within an organization. Workforce diversity means that organizations are becoming a more heterogeneous mix of people from different categories. Diversity refers to the co-existence of employees from various socio-cultural backgrounds within the company. Diversity includes cultural factors such as race, gender, age, colour, physical ability, ethnicity, education, language, lifestyle, beliefs, economic status, etc. Diversity requires a type of organizational culture in which each employee can pursue his or her career aspirations without being inhibited by gender, race, nationality, religion, or other factors that are irrelevant to performance. The organization should link concerns for diversity to human resource management decisions around recruitment, selection, placement, succession planning, performance management, and rewards. 2. In the novel, Brave New World, written by Aldous Huxley, the author uses many literary elements to explore the issue of humans being dictated into a new world and different society in which they are taught that immoral and wrong things that are not okay in today’s society are praised upon in this new society. Huxley uses many different themes and literary elements throughout this novel to explore the many issues happening during this time of society. Throughout the novel Huxley uses a theme of brainwashing people to think a certain way. Hydropower is known as hydroelectric power plant which is taken in use to store water in a t ank. It was done for the reason of declining in coal consumption. Coal is considered as the dominant fossil fuel in the sectors of non-transport such as industry, power generations and residential services (Hasanbeigi, Morrow, Sathaye, Masanet and Xu, 2013). If the contribution of India is remained same with this average growth rate, it will exceed the sum of emission in the European Union by 2020.
